Random Access Memory
Random Access Memory can store a small amount of data, but with extremely high data transfer speeds. RAM is volatile, meaning it loses all the data stored in it when the power goes off.
Corsair, G.Skill, and Kingston are well-known brands for quality RAM sticks.
The RAM sticks should be placed in either slot 1 and 3 or slot 2 and 4. Do not place the RAM sticks in the 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 slots.
